The elegant surroundings of the dining room play host to possibly the best food to be found in the county. We are blessed as some of the finest produce to be found comes from the local estates, rivers and coastline that surround us. And so our ethos at Forss is to simply let the ingredients speak for themselves; no need for heavy sauces and over complex dishes, just the finest ingredients carefully selected and prepared for dinner each night.

Our wines come from around the globe and also change with the seasons to be sure to compliment the food. Many are bought at auction in small 'lots' and may not appear on the wine list, so always be sure to check if there are a coupe of bottles of something special in the cellar when you are ready to order.
