Finding happiness again, working towards welcoming you back...

In line with the recent Scottish government announcement, we have been working to re-open in mid-July, and are currently taking new reservations from 15th July onwards. We are of course aware that this is conditional and subject to change (please see our 'flexible cancellation policy' below).

We've always been good at staying 'ship-shape' but over the coming months we'll adjust to new ways of doing things so that our care is more visible than ever at the hotel, while ensuring you have the time and space to be at your happiest. Helping you find these moments is, and always will be, at the heart of what we do.

We’re still shaping exactly what our adjustments look like and what it will mean for your stay, as we eagerly await guidance and the green light from the  Scottish government. For now, we have developed a SEVEN POINT PLAN to help you understand the steps we are putting in place.

It's fair to say: we're in unusual times. It's understandable if you are feeling concerned or anxious about making bookings in the future. We are here to take bookings and we want to reassure you that they can be made risk-free. If you feel like you need to escape for a short break to reconnect and indulge, you can make a booking and cancel if you need to; please just allow 48 hours' notice.

Our cancellation policy allows you to book now, and pay nothing until you check out (direct bookings only). If you can't make it, you change your mind, or situations change beyond our control, you can cancel - please just allow 48 hours' notice. This means that you can cancel any accommodation booking without any costs at all. Please email any booking enquiries: .

We genuinely appreciate your support. If you need to cancel your stay, we will also offer you the chance to reschedule. We'll be honest: the hospitality industry has been hit hard by this crisis, but with your support, we'll bounce back. Please consider rescheduling rather than cancelling.
