Our restaurant has a reputation as one of the finest in the North and is the only AA Two Rosette establishment in Caithness. 

From melt-in-the-mouth canapés to our one-of-a-kind tasting menus, all our dishes are designed to showcase the very finest ingredients from the Thurso area. Using local produce from neighbouring estates and the nearby sea, we present exquisite dishes to suit every palate. 

Bookings are welcome from non-residents.

Booking is essential (excluding breakfast). Dog-friendly dining is available – waggy-tailed friends are welcome to dine with you in the conservatory. Room service is available during breakfast service (£5.00 tray charge applies). Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free substitutes are available, but we ask that you notify the restaurant when you make your reservation. Failure to do so may lead to a lack of suitable alternatives.
