Our restaurant has a reputation as one of the finest in the North and is the only AA Two Rosette establishment in Caithness.

From melt-in-the-mouth canapés to our one-of-a-kind tasting menus, all our dishes are designed to showcase the very finest ingredients from the Thurso area. Using local produce from neighbouring estates and the nearby sea, we present exquisite dishes to suit every palate.

Our seasonal evening menu showcases the very best local ingredients, carefully crafted by our chefs to create a memorable dining experience. From Highland game and locally sourced seafood to beautifully prepared Scottish classics, Father’s Day at Forss House is the perfect opportunity to slow down, celebrate and indulge. Choose from our three-course menu or tasting menu option.

For an extra special touch, guests can also explore our carefully selected whisky flights — the ideal Father’s Day treat for whisky lovers looking to discover exceptional Scottish drams alongside dinner.
