From melt-in-the-mouth canapés to our one-of-a-kind tasting menus, all our dishes are designed to showcase the very finest ingredients from the Thurso area. Using local produce from neighbouring estates and the nearby sea, we present exquisite dishes to suit every palate.

Treat your loved one to a memorable evening as our talented chefs present a Valentine’s Day tasting menu inspired by the very best local and seasonal produce. Carefully curated to showcase the richness of the Highlands’ larder, the menu features standout dishes such as Scabster-landed scallops, monkfish, and Scottish beef fillet.

Our Valentine’s Day tasting menu is available Saturday, 14 February only, served at 7:00pm. This special evening is ideal for couples seeking a romantic restaurant near Thurso or a refined Valentine’s celebration in the Scottish Highlands.
