To redeem your Stay Gift Voucher online, simply enter your Gift Voucher code into the box below and press the 'Redeem' button. This will redirect you to our booking page where you can book and confirm your Stay using the Gift Voucher as payment.

Stay Package Gift Vouchers can also be redeemed in person at the venue or by phone or email. When booking, please tell the reception team that you wish to use a gift voucher to pay for your stay. You will be asked to provide details of your Gift Voucher code at the time of booking so please make sure you have it to hand when you call.
Stay Package Gift Vouchers are considered redeemed at the point of check-out, so please ensure the Gift Voucher does not expire before the check-out date of the stay.

Monetary Gift Vouchers should be presented and redeemed at the venue. There is no option for online or email redemption of bar and monetary Gift Vouchers.
All Gift Vouchers must be redeemed before their expiry date, so if you are using your Monetary Gift Voucher against an accommodation booking please ensure that your stay dates are before the expiry date on your Gift Voucher.

Dining Gift Vouchers can be redeemed in person at the venue.
You must pre-book your table, either by reserving it online via the venue website or by phoning or emailing the venue.
State at the time of booking that you intend to use a Gift Voucher to pay for dining.
Present your Gift Voucher to your server upon arrival at the venue.
Dining Gift Vouchers are considered redeemed at the point of payment of the dining bill, so please ensure that the Gift Voucher is valid on the date of dining at the venue.

Bar Gift Vouchers can be redeemed in person at the venue.
Present your Gift Voucher when paying your bar bill at the venue.
Bar Gift Vouchers are considered redeemed at the point of payment of the bar bill, so please ensure that the Gift Voucher is valid on the date you visit the venue.
