A HOGMANAY CELEBRATION TO REMEMBER…

• Arrive from 15:00 for a warm welcome and a glass of chilled Prosecco in the Front Hall, around the wood-burning stove.
• Evening celebrations start in our dining room with our sumptuous five-course tasting menu.
• Just before midnight, join us in the Front Hall to 'bring in the bells', with a glass of Champagne or whisky, plus shortbread and warm mince pies. 

• Start the first day of 2027 with a hearty Full Scottish Breakfast.
• Explore the area with a short drive or a walk from Forss House to the sea and St Mary’s Chapel.
• Take Afternoon Tea with a glass of Prosecco in the conservatory at 15:00.
• Take your seats in the dining room for a delicious three-course New Year's Day dinner. 

• Enjoy a leisurely breakfast.
• Check-out at 11:00.

Supplementary charges

• £400 per additional child (12 and under).
• Extra night: from £300, including dinner.
• A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added for staff.

• Non-refundable deposit of 25% is required on booking.
• Cancellation 28 days prior to arrival date for a full refund.
• You can cancel/modify your reservation up to 72 hours prior to check in time (15:00), but note that the 25% deposit is strictly non-refundable.
• A penalty of the entire stay including tax will be charged for late cancellation/modification (with less than 28 days notice prior to arrival date, or no-show and early departure.
• Balance to be paid at the property.
• Full payment required at time of check-in.
• Credit card number with valid expiry date and security code is required as security on check in to guarantee your reservation.
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
• All packages are offered subject to availability.
• Package includes a two-night B&B stay with a full Scottish Breakfast each morning; on New Year's Eve, a glass of Prosecco per person on arrival, a five-course Hogmanay Tasting Menu dinner (wine pairing an additional £60.00 per person), and a glass of Champagne or whisky, shortbread and mince pies to ring in the bells; on New Year's Day, Afternoon Tea with a glass of Prosecco per person and a three-course dinner. 
• Daily drinks/drinking credit cannot be carried forward, unspent amounts will not be credited.
• Any additional costs incurred will be charged separately and added to your room account, which must be settled prior to departure.
• We recommend that you take out appropriate levels of travel insurance to cover your costs in the event of you needing to cancel your booking.
